Questions people actually ask
The things people ask at a wash bay, answered before you have to ask them.

Before you come
Opening, booking, timing, and where the bay actually is.
Are you open yet?
No. The bay is in Jubilee Hills and this site is up before the doors are.
That is why you will not find a phone number, a street number, a customer review or a count of cars washed anywhere on it. We would have to make all four up. Each one appears here the week it becomes true, and not before.
Leave your detailsDo I need to book, or can I drive in?
Drive in for an exterior wash if that is easier. Booking only means the bay is held against your registration number at a time you picked, so you are not waiting behind somebody else.
A full detail has to be booked. It takes half a day and the bay is out of use for all of it, so it is not something that fits around a walk-in.
There is no account to make and no deposit to pay, and you can cancel any time before the slot starts.
Book a washHow long does a wash take?
An exterior wash is about forty minutes. That is the work itself rather than a queue: the bay is yours, so the clock starts when you arrive.
Those forty minutes cover five stages in a fixed order. Pre-rinse, foam blanket, the two bucket contact wash, inside and glass, then air dry and sealant. None of them gets cut short because the bay is busy.
A full detail is half a day, which is why it is booked ahead. Opening hours, and the latest a detail can start, are on the visit page.
What each wash includesWhere exactly is the bay?
Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The exact street address is confirmed with you at booking rather than printed here.
That is not coyness. Until we are trading we are not going to publish an address you might drive to and find shut, or a number nobody is answering. Both go up the week we open.

What happens to the car, and what will not happen to it here.
Will it scratch my paint?
The fine scratches you only see in direct sun, the swirls, are almost always grit being dragged across the paint by whatever is doing the washing. So the order of the work matters more than the products do.
Nothing touches a panel until the loose grit has been taken off it. A low pressure pre-rinse goes first, then a foam blanket that sits on the car and softens road film. Only then does a mitt go near the paint, and it works out of two buckets: one holds the soap, the other is there to rinse the mitt before it goes back in. The grit collects in the bottom of the rinse bucket instead of going back onto your bonnet.
At the end the car is blown dry rather than towelled, because dragging a towel across a drying panel is the other half of where swirls come from.
What we will not tell you is that contact washing is risk free, because it is not. This is how the risk is kept small, and it is the same routine on every car, including the Rs 399 one.
Do you clean the inside as well?
Yes. Inside and glass is the fourth of the five stages of an exterior wash: a vacuum, a wipe over the trim, and glass cleaned on both faces. The inside of the windscreen is the pane almost everybody skips, and it is the one you look through.
A full detail goes further into the interior and has half a day to do it in.
What each wash includesDo you fix dents, scratches or mechanical faults?
No. This is a washing and detailing bay. There is no mechanical work here of any kind: no servicing, no engine or electrical work, no dent pulling, no panel beating, no respraying.
Detailing can do a great deal for how paint looks. It cannot put back clear coat that has been worn through, straighten a panel, or fix anything under the bonnet. If we notice something while your car is with us we will point it out when you collect it, and then it is a job for a garage rather than for us.
Can I wait while you work?
Yes. Forty minutes is short enough that most people will. Stay with the car or wait in the shade, whichever you prefer. Nobody will ask you to go and sit somewhere else while it is washed.
If you would rather drop the car and come back for it, say so when you book and we will work to that instead.
What if it rains an hour after I leave?
The wash finishes with a spray sealant, so water beads up and runs off the paint instead of lying on it in a film. Clean rain on a freshly sealed car does very little.
What marks the car is what the rain brings down with it, and what a wet road throws back up. After a proper downpour the lower panels and the wheels will carry road dirt again, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
If the forecast looks bad, move the slot. Changing or cancelling before it starts costs nothing.
Water, tax and paying
What a wash uses, what it costs, and what is already inside that price.
6 to 8

through a pressure washer, while the trigger is held. An open hose left running moves 15 to 20.
How much water does a wash use?
The unit that can actually be measured is litres a minute. A pressure washer moves 6 to 8 of them while the trigger is held. An open hose left running moves 15 to 20. An automatic tunnel wash puts 100 to 150 litres through one vehicle.
The trigger is not held for all forty minutes, so the running total is nothing like forty times eight. What we publish before we open is a ceiling rather than a meter reading: eighty litres for an exterior wash, which is ten minutes of open trigger at eight litres a minute. Once the bay is metered, the figure off the meter goes on your receipt rather than on a poster.
There is also the question of which water. Washing vehicles with drinking water is named among the prohibited uses in Hyderabad. In March 2025 HMWSSB fined a resident of Journalist Colony, which is in Jubilee Hills, Rs 1,000 for doing exactly that. Current fines run from Rs 20 to Rs 1,000, with a further Rs 100 for each day it continues. An increase of five to ten times has been proposed, but it is not in force.
Water use in fullIs GST included in the price?
Yes. Rs 399 for the exterior wash and Rs 3,499 for the full detail are what you hand over at the end, not a figure that grows at the counter.
Car washing is taxed at 18% GST under SAC 998714, and that 18% is already inside both numbers. Large SUVs, and anything that has come off a building site or a field, are quoted at the bay before we start rather than after we finish.
These are the prices as they stand before we open. If they move before the doors do, this page moves with them.
The rate cardWhat can I pay with?
UPI, card or cash, once the work is finished and you have walked round the car. Nothing is taken up front, a booking carries no deposit, and there is no account to make.
We are not naming a payment partner on this page until there is one to name.
Is there a monthly plan?
Yes. It is for a car you would rather have washed on a routine than one you wash when it finally looks bad enough to bother about.
Recurring payments in India are normally set up as a UPI Autopay mandate: you approve it once, it confirms in real time, and it then collects without an OTP each time, up to Rs 15,000 a transaction. What the plan covers, what it costs and how the payment is set up all sit on the monthly page.
The monthly planNot on the list?
Then it is either something we have not thought of or something we do not know yet, and you will be told which of the two it is.
