What happens when you pull in.
Nobody should have to guess at the door. This is the whole of it, start to finish.
Pull into the bay
The slot is held against your registration number, so there is nothing to print and nothing to show. Give the name it was booked under and drive in.
We walk round the car first
Two minutes, before anything touches the paint, so a stone chip or a scratch that was already there is something we have both seen.
Five stages, in order
Pre-rinse, foam blanket, two bucket contact wash, inside and glass, then air dry and sealant. An exterior wash is about forty minutes of that.
Pay once you have looked
UPI or card, after you have walked round the car yourself. The price you were quoted already has 18% GST inside it.
If the day does not go to plan.

An exterior wash is about forty minutes, which most people wait out. A full detail is half a day, so most people leave the car and come back for it. Tell us which one you are doing when you book, so we know whether to call you or look for you.
If plans change
No account and no deposit. Cancel any time before your slot, and nothing is paid until the car is finished and you have seen it.
